Summer is just around the corner, and the Real Madrid Foundation Summer Camps are about to kick off. That’s why it’s time to take a brief look back at what’s happened in the weeks leading up to this, as it’s all tied to the immediate future. Join us for the Kaptiva Sports May 2026 Roundup so you don’t miss a thing about our latest news.

Above all, we must highlight the activities of Kaptiva Sports Academy, as there is some very exciting news for both current and future players who come to train with us. We’re also traveling across Europe for the final round of training clinics before summer, adding another thrilling experience to our journey. Let’s take a look!

Kaptiva Sports partners with Real Betis

That’s right, we already told you about this at the beginning of the month. Kaptiva Sports is proud to partner with Real Betis to offer more opportunities to U18 players. Given their age, these players must now move on beyond the Kaptiva Sports Academy, and we want to provide them with more pathways into professional football. In fact, two players have already visited the club’s facilities and are considering whether to stay with the club.

We already had Girona as one of our major partners. In fact, one of our former players is currently completing a 10-month training program with this great club in the Spanish league. Now, therefore, we’re adding Real Betis so that the boys have more options and opportunities within our country.

However, you can check out the other programs we’ve already mentioned, such as the Eture Gap Year Program, the MAD Agency College Scholarships, and the Keystone Sports College Pathways. As you can see, Kaptiva Sports Academy is just the beginning.

KSA Summer Camps are Sold Out!

Here’s another exciting announcement we’re proud to share with you. Kaptiva Sports Academy’s Residential Football Camps are now sold out. Both sessions, which will take place from June 27 to July 10 (Session 1) and from July 11 to 24 (Session 2), have filled their spots with new players eager to train with us.

Without a doubt, these camps are a great way for us to get to know each other. On one hand, the players will discover our methodology, which is based on football principles and psychology. And our coaches, on the other hand, will be able to evaluate all the players and, depending on the situation, invite them to represent Kaptiva Sports Academy in one of our tournaments.

If you’re interested in the KSA Summer Camps, you know you can sign up for the Waiting List in case there are any cancellations.

Global Stage Team Rosters for the Costa Girona Cup

Costa Girona Cup

In connection with the previous point, some players from the Residential Football Camps may also be invited to play for our Global Stage teams. These teams are made up of standout players from Kaptiva Sports Experiences.

They have already proven themselves in tournaments such as the FIT and the Surf Cup. Now it’s their turn to compete in a new tournament for Kaptiva Sports: the Costa Girona Cup. An event held on the Costa Brava, so beyond the matches, families will be able to enjoy a stunning location.

And, as we mentioned earlier on our blog, we now know the Global Stage team rosters for this tournament. In that post, you can see the members and coaches of each team in detail.

Five Global Stage teams will gather there to compete against top-level opponents. The U10, U11, U12, U13, and U14 teams will represent us and demonstrate the Kaptiva methodology in every match. Good luck to all of them!

Start of the final round of Training Clinics before summer

We also gave you a sneak peek at the upcoming events on the calendar in our post about the Kaptiva Sports Experiences before summer. As of today, the Paris Saint-Germain and Arsenal training clinics have already begun (May 30–June 6).

Of course, we must take a moment to congratulate both teams on such a fantastic 2026 Champions League final. We are bursting with pride to have these partners, who demonstrate the highest level of football in every match. The same goes for Bayern, who reached the semifinals to deliver one of the most intense matches in Champions League history against PSG.

Bayern Munich will be hosting a training clinic from June 13 to 20. Before that we’ll have three other training clinics: Paris Saint-Germain, Arsenal, and the Real Madrid Foundation, from June 6 to 13.
